Job Description
Provides supervision to staff while overseeing the operations of a branch store to include financials, sales promotions, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. Strict environmental rules and regulations apply. Some command relations may be required.As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.

Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
Or
Bachelors degree and two years of experience as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
