Store Operations Data & Analytics Co-Op

TJX Companies is a global off-price retailer with retail stores, distribution centers, and home offices. The Store Operations Data & Analytics Co-Op will support reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc analysis for store functions, while developing reports, conducting analysis projects, and presenting findings to senior management.

What you'll do:

• Hands-on training to facilitate learning with guided mentorship
• Develop and maintain operational reporting to Home Office and Field teams
• Recurring and ad hoc PowerBI reporting to Home Office and Field teams
• Collaborating with experienced operations professionals to manage and execute projects to be used in developing TJX strategy
• Performing your own analysis projects
• Creating and presenting projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management

• Current juniors
• Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or Economics (other majors may be considered)
• Genuine interest in a Data and Analytics career
• Must be available to full-time from January – June 2027
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
• Experience working with numbers
• A high level of curiosity
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
