Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economic, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Strategic Partnerships Development-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Online advertising and ad monetization to optimize digital inventory and maximize publisher revenue; Performing analytical problem-solving of complex technical product aspects to develop data-driven recommendations and strategic action plans; Utilizing quantitative modeling to identify product performance trends and growth opportunities; Stakeholder management with cross-functional teams and C-level executives to align business objectives and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives; and Project management of cross-functional initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure on-time delivery of technical product roadmaps.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,400 - $161,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule per Google policy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overarching partner strategies and create innovative go-to-market plans to meet organizational goals across rapidly changing industries.

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of external partners to build long-term value and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Lead the full deal lifecycle for new and existing partners, from initial ideation and negotiation through renewals and expansions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end partner experience, including contract execution, performance tracking, and issue resolution to ensure successful integration. Serve as the primary relationship manager for current agreements, optimizing value and advocating for partners' needs within the organization. 
  • Engage with internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, and scale new features and user experiences.
