Strategy Analyst

CRH is a leading global diversified building materials group, and they are seeking a Strategy Analyst to support analysis for CRH global leadership decision making. The role involves conducting market analysis, strategic projects, and collaborating with CRH operating businesses to guide the company's growth and value creation.

What you'll do:

• Work with CRH Strategy team and business leaders to identify and analyze strategic issues, growth opportunities, and challenges across CRH, providing actionable insights and optionality to CRH Leadership Teams
• Provide high-quality strategic analysis to support assigned projects, including preparation of comprehensive Excel models and PowerPoint presentations, and other tools to support strategy development with senior leadership
• Follow business trends across the industry, synthesizing real time insights and contextualizing with current CRH efforts

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly developed interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to perform under deadline pressure
• Ability to understand and follow complex verbal and/or written instructions
• A self-starter with high degree of initiative, action-oriented
• High standard of ethics, integrity, trust, and respect
• Must be 18 years in age or older
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

• Ability to work independently or within a team environment, assisting the team with other duties as required
