Strategy Analyst

Joseph Bridge is a consulting firm. The Strategy Analyst will support client engagements through business, market, customer, competitive, and marketing research, analyze performance and market dynamics, and help develop strategic insights, hypotheses, and recommendations. The role also assists with client discovery, executive presentations, strategic deliverables, and internal research under the guidance of senior consultants.

What you'll do:

• Conduct business, market, customer, and competitive research
• Analyze marketing performance, positioning, customer journeys, and market dynamics
• Support discovery and diagnostic work across client engagements
• Gather and organize information from client materials, interviews, research, and available data
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies, risks, and potential strategic opportunities
• Support the development of strategic hypotheses and recommendations
• Assist consultants in preparing executive presentations, reports, and strategic deliverables
• Conduct competitive and category analysis across multiple industries
• Participate in client discovery sessions and internal strategy discussions
• Maintain high standards for research accuracy and analytical rigor
• Contribute to Joseph Bridge research, Insights, and intellectual capital
• Develop consulting capabilities under the guidance of senior members of the firm

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Analytics, or a related discipline
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize complex information and communicate findings clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in understanding how businesses, markets, and consumers operate
• Comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative information
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual assignments
• Interest in developing a long-term career in marketing strategy and consulting
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, research, consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related field preferred
