Strategy & Analytics Associate Graduate (TikTok Shop) - 2027 Start (MBA)

TikTok is a global short-form mobile video platform, and its E-commerce Strategy team drives direction and growth for TikTok Shop in the US market. The Strategy & Analytics Associate Graduate will support business planning, performance tracking, market research, strategy optimization, business diagnosis, analytical framework development, and cross-functional project execution.

What you'll do:

• Participate in planning short-, medium-, and long-term scale and revenue targets for international e-commerce operations
• Assist in building the business metric system, formulating target breakdown and tracking mechanisms, identifying key issues during operations, and proposing improvement suggestions to support business reviews and operational decision-making
• Combine market environment, industry trends, and business development characteristics to conduct market segmentation research and ad-hoc analysis
• Identify key tracks and growth opportunities to support business strategy optimization and resource allocation
• Develop a deep understanding of business logic and operational pipelines, proactively identify business pain points, and conduct ad-hoc analyses focusing on merchant growth, traffic conversion, and user behavior
• Unearth the business drivers behind data, deliver actionable short-, medium-, and long-term solutions, and assist the business in driving efficiency and revenue growth
• Continuously optimize analytical frameworks, metric definitions, and insight mechanisms based on the business development stage and operational status, enhancing the efficiency of business analysis in supporting strategic decisions and execution
• Deeply participate in communication and coordination for key cross-departmental and cross-regional projects
• Help drive consensus, organize meetings, track action items, and ensure project execution, translating strategic insights into practical business solutions

What they're looking for:

• - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a MBA degree
• - Fluent in English as a working language, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to support efficient cross-border and cross-regional collaboration
• - Strong proficiency in SQL
• - Strong data sensitivity, business acumen, and structured thinking, with the ability to identify key issues from complex business signals and datasets and form independent judgments
• - Excellent learning ability, logical thinking, and communication skills, with an international perspective, strong ownership, and the ability to proactively drive work execution in a complex environment
• - Internship or project experience in consulting, PE/VC, e-commerce platforms, business analysis, strategy and operations, or data analytics
• - Strong interest to AI technologies and their applications in strategic research, business analysis, and business management. Proactive in utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency in information synthesis, data analysis, insight extraction, and solution output, with the ability to independently judge and validate results
• - Experience with Python or other analytical tools is a plus
