Strategy and Operations Analyst

The Strategy and Operations Analyst will analyze business performance, develop reports and dashboards, build analytical models, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role will collaborate with departments and leadership on financial analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Analyze operational, workforce, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data visualizations
• Perform financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support business needs
• Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
• Support the Manager of Strategy and Operations on strategic and operational initiatives
• Partner with multiple departments to gather information, understand business needs, and provide analytical support
• Assist with business cases, process improvement initiatives, presentations, and other analytical projects
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Take ownership of assigned analytical projects, deliverables, and reporting responsibilities

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance or an experience related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, finance, strategy, or a related analytical field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and competent in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate information into meaningful insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI; experience developing dashboards and data visualizations is highly preferred
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Experience working with healthcare or healthcare operations
