Strategy Associate

Versigent is a company that designs and delivers electrical distribution systems for modern technology. As a Strategy Associate, you will work with senior executives to define and execute the company's long-term strategic priorities, focusing on growth, diversification, and profitability.

What you'll do:

• Executing consulting-like projects, working closely with stakeholders in our businesses and corporate functions – includes structuring the problem, gathering and analyzing data, generating insight, translating into written output, and delivering executive-level readouts and recommendations
• Developing fact bases and market models around key product segments and technology trends impacting the business, e.g. ADAS adoption, electric vehicle penetration, transition to software-defined vehicle architectures, transition to 48V architectures, etc
• Conducting detailed analysis of customers and competitors
• Shaping and driving content creation for executive leadership in key meetings (e.g. Board of Directors, Investor Meetings, GLT meetings, etc.)

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in top-tier consulting experience or comparable, including investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy/development, or similar in technology or automotive industries
• Quantitative analyses using MS Excel
• Diverse experience in or around automotive/manufacturing/industrial goods
• Must be a local resident of Metro Detroit, MI for work on campus
