Strategy Consulting Internship

Lumanity is seeking intellectually curious, team-oriented individuals to support biopharma clients in addressing important business challenges. The Strategy Consulting Intern will conduct research and analysis, develop actionable insights, and support client deliverables across the pharma and biotech product life cycle.

What you'll do:

• Gather and effectively leverage primary and secondary research to address our clients’ business problems
• Perform in-depth analyses to gain insights to products, markets, and competitors
• Prioritize key issues, build and test hypotheses, and transform key learnings into to practical implications
• Support the development of client deliverables, including slide presentations and workshop materials
• Engage in out-of-the-box thinking to help craft innovative, actionable insights for our clients

What they're looking for:

• Strong academic record
• Demonstrated interest in life science/biopharma industry
• Demonstrated quantitative aptitude
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to apply generative AI and other digital tools to elevate the delivery of secondary research, complex data analysis, and other project outputs
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate and/or master's degree program with a completion date in 2028
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel a plus
