Strategy & Finance Intern

Bankers Financial Corporation is offering a Strategy & Finance Internship that provides valuable, real-world experience to help transition into a career. The intern will support the Chief Strategy Officer and leadership in executing strategic initiatives and assist in financial forecasting and analysis.

What you'll do:

• Support the Chief Strategy Officer and BFC leadership in executing strategic initiatives and high-priority projects
• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support business planning
• Analyze and improve current processes, systems, and strategic workflows
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend evaluations
• Identify, research, and help implement innovative solutions to business challenges
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring strategic progress
• Provide a fresh, analytical perspective on existing processes and business strategies
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for executive leadership
• Ensure strategic and financial processes are well-documented and organized
• Assist with various management and cross-functional projects as needed

• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of business and financial principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
