Strategy Intern

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated Strategy Intern to support its strategic research and analytical initiatives. The role focuses on conducting market, competitive, technology, and policy research; preparing executive-ready insights; supporting strategic projects; and using AI tools to improve team productivity and knowledge management.

What you'll do:

• Conduct industry, competitive, technology, and policy research
• Track key market trends
• Synthesize insights into executive-ready reports and presentations
• Supporting strategic projects
• Maintaining research databases
• Coordinating cross-functional information gathering
• Leveraging AI tools to improve team productivity and knowledge management

What they're looking for:

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Background in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or related fields preferred
• Interest in semiconductors, AI, automotive, or industrial technology is a plus
