Strategy & Operations Generalist

Fluidstack builds infrastructure for abundant intelligence and delivers compute infrastructure for AI labs, governments, and enterprises. The Strategy & Operations Generalist will build internal tools, automation systems, data pipelines, and software solutions while supporting leadership priorities and cross-functional technical initiatives. The role also involves managing software projects, troubleshooting systems, and identifying opportunities to improve operations through automation.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain internal tools, automation systems, and software solutions across the organization
• Develop scripts and applications to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
• Support engineering initiatives and ad-hoc technical projects for leadership
• Design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Integrate and optimize third-party tools and APIs across business functions
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Work closely with leadership to execute on technical priorities
• Write clean, maintainable code for internal tools and automation projects
• Manage multiple concurrent software projects with a high degree of autonomy
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions
• Debug and optimize existing systems and processes

What they're looking for:

• • 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-up
• • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
• • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
• • Track record of shipping projects independently in fast-paced environments
