Strategy & Operations Intern

TalentPluto is an AI recruiting and talent marketplace B2B SaaS startup building hiring products for high-growth companies. The Strategy & Operations Intern will structure cross-functional problems, improve recurring operational processes and workflows, analyze data, build reporting models, and document processes for scalable execution.

What you'll do:

• Structure ambiguous cross-functional problems and drive them to a decision
• Build and improve the internal processes and workflows the team runs on day to day
• Analyze operational data to find where throughput is being lost, and propose fixes
• Build simple models and reporting that support planning and prioritization
• Document how things work so processes survive handoff and do not depend on one person

• Comfort working on ambiguous problems with limited direction
• Strong written communication with the ability to synthesize clearly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
• Comfort using spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly
