Strategy & Ops Intern

General Intuition is a frontier lab building large action models and world models for virtual and physical environments, building on Medal's gaming clips platform. The Strategy & Ops Intern will improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, automating repetitive work, and independently solving problems across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Make our operations run better
• You'll take a manual process, work out where the time goes, automate the repetitive parts, and make it run without you
• Some weeks that means building the tool, some weeks it means doing the work by hand first so you understand it well enough to automate it

What they're looking for:

• You live in NYC and are available to start within the next 6 weeks
• Hands-on experience at a top startup or scale-up in tech
• A tier 1 university background
• You can take on problems outside anything you've done before
• You work on your own initiative and don't wait for scope
• You fix problems and get things done
