Strategy Student Experience - Spring 2027 Job Details | Doosan Corp

Bobcat Company, part of Doosan Bobcat, provides construction, agriculture, landscaping, and grounds maintenance equipment, attachments, and services. The Strategy Student Experience role supports commercial strategy and business development by creating dashboards, tracking strategic initiatives, evaluating processes, and assisting with business expansion and acquisition projects.

What you'll do:

• Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives
• Create and maintain repository for strategy initiative progress updates
• Support ISO (International Organization for Standardization) process evaluation, documentation, and communication
• Support strategy execution process by collecting and consolidating strategic initiative progress updates
• Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new business opportunity initiatives
• Support acquisition initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field
• Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers
• Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting
• Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• Basic computer skills
• Travel Required: <10%
