Provide general administrative and office support. The Student Administrative & Front Office Assistant supports the daily operations of the Dodge College Administrative Office by assisting students, managing front desk responsibilities, supporting academic processes, and helping maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.

- Serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls, respond to division emails, and assist with general student inquiries
- Provide academic and administrative support to students
- Assist with registration questions, Change of Major/Minor requests, and other student processes
- Track, route, and organize Revision to Program requests and related paperwork
- Maintain and organize student files and office records
- Enter and update class schedules in the reservation system
- Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination
- Support the submission and tracking of thesis deliverables
- Assist with department events, workshops, projects, and special initiatives
- Represent the Administrative Office at college events and student-facing activities
- Perform general administrative tasks including printing, scanning, filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and kitchenette area, including restocking supplies
- Monitor office inventory and assist with ordering office and kitchen materials/supplies
- Log and update information in the Dodge College database and internal systems
Required Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Little to minimal prior office experience required
- Willingness and ability to learn administrative support processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
