Availability during breaks and summer
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional, courteous, and dependable
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide a welcoming and positive experience for visitors and callers.
Dependability and punctuality with a commitment to maintaining scheduled work hours.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused student to join our team as a Student Office Assistant. The primary responsibility of this position is providing excellent customer service at the front desk of our unit two days per week. The student will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answer questions, direct customers to appropriate resources, and assist with general office operations.
