Department Overview:
The Professional Master's and Certificate Programs Team in the School of Pharmacy offers two applied Master's degrees and two Capstone Certificates in Pharmaceutical Sciences: Applied Drug Development and Psychoactive Pharmaceutical Investigation.Anticipated Start Date:

1Qualifications:
-Current UW-Madison undergraduate or graduate student-Service mindset with desire to improve student services experiences
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and operate as part of a team
-Strong time management skills
-Experience using Excel, WordPress, Instagram, Linkedin, Mailchimp, Canvas and Google Suite tools
-Familiarity with marketing & communications or a willingness to learn
Position Summary/Job Duties:
You will work closely with the student services team to enhance our hybrid and online programs. The duties require strong communication skills, attention to detail, a desire to support students, and a positive attitude. This position is ideal for students interested in marketing and communications and/or interested in student affairs, but no prior experience is necessary. The work for this position can be conducted remotely and/or on campus. Meeting synchronously (virtually or in person) with program staff weekly is required.
Physical Demands:
Ability to work independently and attend weekly meetings, ability to assist with event set-up and clean-up periodically which may include putting together materials, lifting boxes and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
