UF Health is dedicated to providing hands-on experience in the healthcare industry. The Student Intern role supports various tasks and projects while gaining practical experience and exposure to healthcare operations.

What you'll do:

• Supports assigned tasks and projects under supervision
• Applies theoretical knowledge in practical workplace settings
• Participates in training sessions and team discussions
• Communicates progress and challenges regularly
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies
• Gains exposure to healthcare workflows
• Collaborates with team members to enhance learning
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and contribute

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Nursing, or another related field
• Recent graduates may also be considered, depending on the internship program
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and professional communication
• Willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in a healthcare environment
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
