Description
Responsibilities and Primary Activities:
- Assist with event planning and coordination for alumni events.
- Conduct research on alumni to gather updated contact information or career updates.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of alumni newsletters or communications.
- Provide administrative support such as managing databases, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist with maintaining and updating alumni social media platforms.
- Assist with alumni outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, and mailings.
- Participate in alumni engagement initiatives such as alumni panels, networking events, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments or student organizations to plan joint events or initiatives.
- Provide support during alumni reunions or homecoming events.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting on alumni engagement metrics.
- Additional duties as assigned by the advancement office.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift objects up to 25 lbs.
