Summer 2027 - Associate Product Manager (New Grad)

ID.me is a digital identity wallet company that helps individuals securely prove their identity and access online services. The Associate Product Manager will support platform strategy and execution by owning discrete features, translating requirements into shipped products, and collaborating with engineering, design, data, and other stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Feature Ownership: Own the definition and delivery of discrete features or workflows within a larger platform roadmap, from requirements through launch
• Execution Support: Break down roadmap priorities into clear, sequenced work; write specs and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can build against
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner day-to-day with engineering, design, and data to unblock delivery and ensure quality
• Data & Feedback: Track launch metrics and user feedback; use them to inform iteration and surface issues early
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep your PM lead and cross-functional partners informed on status, risks, and trade-offs

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Completed or conferred by start date
• 0-2 years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, or a related field (internship experience counts)
• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar), demonstrated through a project or coursework
• Working familiarity with APIs and data modeling concepts
• Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable working directly with engineers and designers
• Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
