Summer 2027 Human Resource Internship

Keeley Companies is seeking a Human Resources Intern for its Corporate Human Resources team in St. Louis, Missouri, during Summer 2027. The intern will support recruiting, HR communications, onboarding, employee inquiries, HRIS file management, and assigned research and data projects.

What you'll do:

• Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested
• Assist the Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR team with projects as needed
• Assist with coordinating new hire orientation
• Assist with responding to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR related questions
• Assist with HRIS file management
• Conduct research, compile data, and implement ideas for various assigned projects

What they're looking for:

• In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or other closely related degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment
