Summer 2027 Intern - Disputes, Claims & Investigations: New York

Stout is a professional services firm seeking a Summer 2027 Intern to support its Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group. The role assists with financial modeling, financial analysis, document review, research, quality control, and ad hoc requests in litigation-related engagements.

What you'll do:

• Assisting in the creation of financial models
• Analyzing financial statements
• Reviewing and organizing documents received
• Performing data entry
• Performing industry and company research
• Performing quality control checks
• Assisting Analysts and Associates in various ad-hoc requests

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• Strong academic record of at least a 3.2 GPA (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Relevant internship and/or extracurricular related experiences
• Strong analytical, verbal, technical, and written skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be eligible to work in the US, without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future
