Summer 2027 Internship - Sales Support Analyst - Mahwah, NJ

Stryker is seeking a Sales Support Analyst Intern to contribute to projects that improve Sales Support operations and business effectiveness. The role focuses on AI and automation, process improvement, data analysis, knowledge management, dashboard development, project execution, and stakeholder communication.

What you'll do:

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to help streamline team processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency across Sales Support activities
• Create training materials and team resources, including guides, reference documents, job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that enhance the employee and customer experience
• Assist with data analysis projects, gathering insights from business data to support decision-making, track key metrics, and identify trends
• Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help document processes and requirements
• Help maintain and improve team knowledge management tools, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing ideas and helping drive initiatives from concept through implementation
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
• Test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and system enhancements that support operational excellence
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to team members and stakeholders, gaining valuable experience in business communication and collaboration

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
