The Technical Program Manager Intern will drive program deliverables, coordinate product, engineering, and business partners, improve delivery processes, and support data-backed planning and prioritization.
What you'll do:
- Drive end-to-end execution for your program's deliverables, setting a high bar for quality, speed, and accountability
- Establish and lead a clear operating rhythm for the program, ensuring frequent, clear, and actionable communication that aligns all cross-functional partners
- Act as a key point of alignment between product, engineering, and business partners, helping identify and resolve trade-offs that balance stakeholder needs and maximize customer benefit
- Anticipate and boldly navigate resistance or setbacks by promoting understanding of alternative viewpoints and independently driving for resolution and alignment to maintain program momentum
- Partner with TPM team members to recommend and drive process improvements that continuously improve our delivery model and raise the execution bar for your team
- Contribute to annual planning cycles by helping coordinate visibility across stakeholders to support data-backed prioritization
What they're looking for:
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program (master's, MBA, PhD, or the equivalent) with an expected graduation date after the internship ends
- Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity about how AI can be applied to solve real-world problems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by your team and role (Relocation stipend will be provided)
- A deep-seated passion for leveraging technology and innovative solutions to power prosperity and deliver unrivaled benefit to our customers
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with growing awareness of how AI and agent-driven development are changing program delivery and quality risk
- Demonstrated accountability for outcomes and the ability to independently drive complex projects to successful, high-quality completion with decisive prioritization
- An exceptional communicator with proven skills in building strong relationships and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on a common, high-impact goal
- A strong foundation in project management, organizational planning, and interpersonal skills required to maintain a high bar for operational performance
