Summer ’27 Intern - Accounting

Welltower is a real estate company focused on senior living and wellness-focused real estate. The Accounting Internship Program provides hands-on experience across Accounting teams, including journal entries, reconciliations, vendor management, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and post journal entries; perform account reconciliations
• Support vendor management and relationship tracking
• Assist with daily line of credit balance decisions
• Contribute to compliance monitoring, information gathering, and workpaper organization
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Assist with operational and compliance reviews tied to corporate policies and procedures

What they're looking for:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Accounting
• Some out of area and overnight travel may be expected
• Previous internship and/or work experience preferred
