The Summer Associate - Business Analyst will support analytical functions including client and market analysis, project metrics, predictive safety analysis, business modeling, ROI analysis, and corporate planning.

What they're looking for:
- Currently attending university and working to complete a undergraduate or master's degree in business, finance, commerce, economics, or a related field with an impressive record of academic achievement and community involvement
- Genuine interest and passion for the building industry
- Take pride and ownership in your work and exhibit a desire to exceed expectations and perform beyond what is required
- This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, as well as visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work
- The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching
- You'll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- You'll spend a significant amount of your time on active construction sites, which means being adaptable to all kinds of weather and moderate to loud noise levels, and comfortable in elevated or confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment and with the fast-paced nature of a project in progress
- Success in this role requires significant commitment, including flexibility to work extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven by challenge
- Solution-oriented problem solver with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude
- Able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners
