Summer Intern - 2025

LISA.AI is building the AI-native operating system for the skilled trades, and they are inviting 1–2 sharp MBA interns to work directly with their founding team this summer. Interns will operate like mini-founders, helping shape products, unlock go-to-market wins, and define the roadmap in real-time.

What you'll do:

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO across product, ops, and GTM strategy
• Sit in on high-stakes customer calls — and help design what comes next
• Run validation sprints, and shadow our sales motion
• Drive experiments to break into new verticals (and new continents — LATAM is calling)
• Identify investor-aligned growth themes in compliance-heavy services
• Be in the war room when key product and market decisions are made

What they're looking for:

• Someone with a passion for building and the fire of entrepreneurship
• Deep intellectual curiosity for AI, field tech, or vertical SaaS
• Comfort with ambiguity, async work, and high-velocity decision-making
• An operator's mindset — bias for action, not just analysis
• You've built or scaled something before, even scrappily
