Summer Intern - Group Benefits Product Management

Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027 through Friday, August 6, 2027. ## You are - A current junior with a graduation date of May 2028 who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. ## Required Qualifications - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Analytical approach to problem-solving and comfort working with data in Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to manage priorities, learn quickly, and turn insights into clear recommendations. ## Preferred Qualifications - Interest in product management, employee benefits, absence management, or financial services. - Comfort using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly. ## You will - Analyze absence, product KPIs, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Research competitor, client, and regulatory trends across FMLA, ADA, and State Leave programs. - Support Absence Roadmap, ACE Digital Experience, reporting, and go-to-market deliverables. - Work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization. - Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how it works, and its suite of product and service offerings. - Build a network of colleagues and develop a sense of community with other interns and business teams. - Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information. ## We offer - Meaningful and challenging work opportunities to accelerate innovation in a secure and compliant way. - Dynamic, modern work environments that promote collaboration and creativity to develop and empower talent. - Colleague Engagement Communities that create inclusive spaces where you can feel valued and connected. - Social responsibility initiatives, including volunteering within local communities, educational alliances with colleges, and sustainability initiatives. ## Eligibility - Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. - Applicants must be available for the full internship program dates.Location: Boston, MA.
