Summer Intern - Project Analyst

Westinghouse Electric Company provides clean energy solutions and is seeking a Summer Project Analyst Intern. The intern will manage SAP master data and perform administrative and analytical support for team assignments, contract details, payroll processing, invoicing, and project systems. The role also supports troubleshooting, reconciliation, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do:

• Help with Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems
• You will help with creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts
• Help with Invoicing reconciliation and support
• Support continuous improvement through root cause identification and resolution
• Help troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems and process issues according to Service level agreements and our requirements
• Support a culture of learning and cooperation through proactive engagement and resource sharing

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resources
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms
• Interested in data management & analytics
• Interested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)
