Summer Intern - Project Analyst Job Details | Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC

Westinghouse Electric Company provides clean energy solutions and supports the global nuclear energy industry. The Project Analyst intern will manage master data within SAP and perform administrative activities related to team assignments, contract details, payroll processing, and invoice creation. The role also supports project systems, invoicing reconciliation, process improvement, and troubleshooting of systems and process issues.

What you'll do:

• Help with Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems
• You will help with creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts
• Help with Invoicing reconciliation and support
• Support continuous improvement through root cause identification and resolution
• Help troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems and process issues according to Service level agreements and our requirements
• Support a culture of learning and cooperation through proactive engagement and resource sharing

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resources
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms
• Interested in data management & analytics
• Interested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)
