Summer Internship - Aftersales Service Development Analyst

PACCAR Parts provides aftermarket parts and services supporting commercial vehicle dealers, fleets, and service providers. The Summer Aftersales Service Development Analyst intern will support the development, launch, and improvement of aftersales service programs through business requirements gathering, market research, reporting, data analysis, and targeted initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist with gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and organizing project information to support future technology and service initiatives
• Assist with the definition and implementation of support, training, and other Aftersales programs designed to improve customer experience, service network performance, and product adoption
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify industry best practices, emerging service offerings, and opportunities for PACCAR Aftersales programs
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide insights into aftersales program performance and customer behavior
• Support analysis of customer activity, including connections between diagnostics tool usage, licensing data, and parts purchasing trends
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve parts sales growth through data-driven insights and targeted aftersales initiatives
