Summer Internship - Digital/AI Transformation

Airbus is looking for a Summer Intern - Digital/AI Transformation to join our Aftermarket Customer Services department based in Herndon, VA. In this role, you will work closely with the management team, digital team, and technical teams to drive changes in work styles and operational processes, especially in the Digital & AI realm. ## Position Summary: Change Communication and Stakeholder Alignment: - Draft and send change communications, including workshop invitations, event emails, and progress updates. Plan, coordinate logistics for, and facilitate engagement workshops and change management events. - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather user feedback, assess adoption rates of AI and digital tools, and support continuous improvement of change activities.Strategy Support: - Serve as a strategic thinking partner in planning change management initiatives and aligning with key stakeholders. Design and refine high-impact presentation slides and visuals for leadership and team alignments.Tech & Digital Team Liaison: - Manage active communications between the change management function, the digital team, and the tech team. Leverage a strong background in Computer Science and AI to bridge technical concepts with business strategies, ensuring strong alignment with digital products development.Additional Responsibilities: - Support ad-hoc departmental tasks and continuous improvement activities
