Summer Internship Program 2027 - Product Strategy Intern

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Product Strategy Intern to help drive strategy for a contact center spanning customer service, collections, and loss mitigation. The intern will document workflows, evaluate mortgage servicing performance, and assess opportunities to automate manual tasks.

What you'll do:

• Work with the team to drive strategy for a Contact Center, including capabilities across customer service, collections, and loss mitigation
• Document workflows across customer service, collections, and loss mitigation
• Evaluate mortgage servicing contact center performance metrics to identify efficiency gaps
• Assess how technology can be leveraged to automate manual tasks
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study
• Ability to break down complex operational problems into structured solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate data into business insights
