Superintendent, Maintenance

• Ability to identify resources i.e. inspection, contract labor, technical support, equipment, and material procurement required to coordinate tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal customers.
• Assist maintenance personnel in developing project scopes.
• Respond to facility\pipeline emergencies, assist in coordinating the necessary activities to return the assets to full operational capacity.
• Monitor contractor safety, competency, quality, and performance.
• Communicate and coordinate maintenance activities with the scheduling group to maximize facility reliability and availability.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Area Managers and work groups.
• Assure economic operation through proper planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Prioritize maintenance efforts across the region through cooperation with leadership personnel, maintenance coordinators, and engineering staff.
• Monitor for changes in specifications and standards, maintenance procedures, and internal company forms related to those changes. 
• Ability to interface effectively with regulatory agencies, company contacts, customers and employees is required.
• Ability to resolve operational maintenance problems and be able to work with location personnel to resolve the problem is required.
• Ensure that those changes are communicated and being used throughout the region.
• Ability to drive a culture that "lives" Safety First.
