Performs the lead role when responding to elevator emergencies.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EInspects hoist and governor cables for wear. Maintains control rooms, equipment, car frames, and safety devices in good working condition. Files all documents related to tests and inspections with TDLR to maintain Certificates of Compliance for all elevators.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAnswers trouble calls and makes all necessary repairs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOrders tools, parts, and equipment required for maintenance and repair of elevators.
