This role manages staffing and work assignments to maintain coverage and quality outcomes, enforces sanitation, safety, and infection prevention standards across hospital areas, and responds promptly to service needs by effectively deploying team members. In collaboration with others, the supervisor demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while participating in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to maintain competencies across EVS Partner and Floor Tech functions.
