About this role
Job Overview
The Supplier Delivery Risk Management (SDRM) Supplier Delivery Operations (SDO) Coordinator works with critical suppliers to develop short-term build-and-ship plans that support Stellantis assembly and manufacturing production while also driving long-term recovery plans for critical components. The primary purpose of this role is to prevent disruptions in the flow of production parts to North American assembly plants through proactive risk detection, clear escalation, and disciplined follow-up.
The selected candidate will partner closely with engineering, capacity planning, production planning, logistics, supplier quality, purchasing, materials logistics management, and Stellantis plants to coordinate recovery actions and remove barriers. This role is based at Stellantis HQ and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and requires comfort working in a fast-paced, high-intensity Supply Chain Management environment where transparency, ownership, and consistent follow-up are essential. Power BI and Qlik tools are expected to be used to analyze data, manage workload, and communicate risk status effectively. Because Stellantis operates globally, the coordinator must also consider regional impacts when developing the best overall recovery plan for the company.
This position is ideal for a candidate who can stay calm under pressure, use data to identify supply risk early, and work cross-functionally to protect production continuity across Stellantis operations.
