Supply Chain and Parts Sales Business Process Analyst Intern

Western Aircraft is seeking a Supply Chain and Parts Sales Business Process Analyst Intern to support its Parts and Supply Chain Management team. The intern will map current processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures, identify bottlenecks, automate processes using software or artificial intelligence, and recommend process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Automate processes using Software and/or Artificial Intelligence
• Accurately research current processes and map them
• Proactively work with teams to understand current processes
• Recommend Process improvements to current system
• Write Standard Operating Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Minimum three (3) years' college experience in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Analysis
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and AI tools including creation of spreadsheets, macros, databases, generative web development, and data mining
• Ability to interpret and navigate aircraft manuals, project tracking software, and databases
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize work accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
• Prefer 2 to 3 years of college
