We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This entry-level role will support day-to-day customer supply chain operations, logistics execution, third-party logistics (3PL) management, inventory visibility, and operational reporting. The role will work cross-functionally with external 3PL partners Customer Supply Chain, Planning, Transportation and Sales. to ensure the effective execution of the order-to-delivery process. This role will provide critical analytical and operational support that enables exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance across key retail customers.

 

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop expertise in customer supply chain, order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day operational contact for assigned 3PL partners regarding inventory transactions, shipping activity, and system integration issues.
  • Validate inventory and shipment data between SodaStream ERP systems and 3PL warehouse management systems.
  • Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and annual physical inventories.
  • Understand logistical flows between multiple nodes to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with 3PL providers to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Assist in monitoring warehouse performance metrics, service levels, and operational compliance related to SLAs, fill rates, inventory health, order cycle time, on-time delivery, and customer metrics.
  • Support daily execution of customer orders and supply chain activities across distribution centers, transportation providers, and retail customers.
  • Support continuous execution of service initiatives that improve customer fill rates, on-time delivery, and inventory availability.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Supply Chain leadership.
  • Analyze service, inventory, transportation, and customer performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support Customer Supply Chain Analysts in servicing key retail accounts through reporting, order management, and issue resolution activities. Ability to backup roles if needed.
  • Assist with retailer compliance requirements, including routing guides, delivery windows, ASN accuracy, and EDI transactions.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective action plans to reduce future compliance issues and cost-to-serve.
  • Support development of reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and ERP system data.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of process enhancements involving customer orders, warehouse operations, EDI, and supply chain technology.
  • Support projects related to network optimization, inventory visibility, customer service performance, and supply chain digitization.
  • Ability to collaborate with business leaders and peers across the organization to anticipate, identify, recommend, and implement creative operational and customer service solutions.
  • Evaluate existing supply chain processes, systems, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to problem solve multiple exceptions at once and prioritize to meet business needs.
  • Ability to work between multiple business functions while understanding other functional roles.
  • Additional hours required during high volume shipping periods and physical inventories.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,700 - $103,900.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the supply chain, logistics or distribution field.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain processes (e.g.: warehouse management, planning and inventory).
  • Experience with NetSuite (a plus) or another ERP system.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect operational reporting to identify key areas of focus.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong execution skills.  Requires knowledge of organizational work processes and how to get tasks accomplished across functional boundaries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, tracking and follow-up skills required.
  • Advanced Excel skills necessary. Ability to clean data, with knowledge beyond common formulas.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
  • Intermediate SQL, Access knowledge is a plus.
