Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst Intern, Summer 2027 (REQ#43450)

Amway is seeking a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst Intern to support its Global Trade and First Mile Logistics teams. The intern will analyze logistics processes, develop dashboards and reports, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to technology enablement and process modernization initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Analyze current logistics and operational processes to identify efficiency opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and improve business outcomes
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization
• Assist with data validation, visualization, and performance measurement initiatives
• Partner with business and technical teams to support digital transformation and process modernization efforts
• Help document requirements, test solutions, and support implementation of new tools and capabilities
