Valley Hospital is looking for a motivated Business Office Supervisor to lead our Business Office team and help ensure patients receive exceptional financial support while maintaining strong revenue cycle performance. If you’re a collaborative leader with healthcare business office experience and a passion for operational excellence, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Lead and support the daily operations of the Business Office. Supervise and develop Business Office staff. Oversee insurance verification, financial counseling, payment arrangements, and collections. Monitor accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and revenue cycle performance. Collaborate with Case Management, Utilization Review, Admissions, and Central Billing. Assist with hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure compliance with payer requirements, hospital policies, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred). 1–3 years of supervisory or related healthcare business office experience required (3–5 years preferred). Experience with patient financial counseling, insurance verification, collections, and revenue cycle processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
