Coordinates with Supply Chain Manager to keep inventory current %26amp; manage par levels.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvides data entry charges and adjustments for all surgical and angio procedures. Maintains confidentiality of vital patient information.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EInitiates revenue analysis review of surgical cases meeting review criteria at time of case posting.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EReturns implants without delay. Keeps complete documentation regarding returns.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAdds new item numbers for new products brought into Operating Room. Forwards new items numbers to Central Sterile Clinical Manager and CDM Coordinator.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEffectively coordinates changes in implant type, make, etc with preference list coordinators.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EUtilizes OR management software and Materials Management software to identify and project implant needs to assure availability of implants for surgical cases while minimizing implant handling/ shipping costs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMaintains ongoing communication with manufacturers and Materials Management and Central Sterile regarding implant supplies, back orders and vendor returns.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerforms other duties as assigned.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3ESECURITY AND EEO STATEMENT%3C/strong%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cstrong%3ESecurity%3C/strong%3E%3Cbr%3EThis position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.%3Cbr%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cstrong%3EEEO%3C/strong%3E%3Cbr%3EUT Southwestern Medical Center is committed to an educational and working environment that provides equal opportunity to all members of the University community.
