Systems Engineer II - Minneapolis

About the Department

Guide and manage new and existing information technology products and software through the information technology life cycle.

Work Location: This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Business Information Services Department and other City Departments in guiding and managing new and 

Minimum Experience: Six years of datacenter experience working on large server system (50 plus), involving networking, and databases.
• Act as mentor to staff, schedule and assign tasks and answer questions.

Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and experience closely related to the duties of the position MAY be considered.
