Systems Operations Analyst

Community Health Systems is seeking a Systems Operations Analyst to support application and infrastructure operations. The role involves managing incident and request tickets, participating in on-call support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and promoting system security, patient confidentiality, and compliance.

What you'll do:

• Prioritizes and works incident and request tickets for their specific discipline
• Works within an on-call rotation
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams
• Promotes system security and patient confidentiality and helps ensure compliance
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
• Complies with all policies and standards

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years related experience required
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and concern for data accuracy
• Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing tasks and prioritize work
• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or related field preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with Cerner and healthcare system deployments preferred
