What you'll do:

- Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters, and other tracking systems
- Internal Mobility Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end internal hiring lifecycle—from tracking candidate eligibility and scheduling panel interviews to partnering with HR and hiring managers on transfer offers, start dates, and transition logistics
- Full-Lifecycle Recruiting Support: Partner with recruiters to identify and track qualified external talent, manage complex multi-time-zone interview scheduling, and deliver timely, customer-focused candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Provide backup support for interview scheduling and coordination
