Talent Acquisition Field Specialist

As a Sr. Hiring Specialist, you'll help connect great people with opportunities across Best Buy. You'll partner with hiring leaders, guide candidates through the hiring process, and build local talent pipelines that support hiring needs in stores and other business initiatives. This position supports hiring across a designated marketplace and territory and we are hiring TWO. One Sr. Hiring Specialist will support Territory 1, Marketplace 52 (San Francisco, CA), and one Sr. Hiring Specialist will support Territory 2, Marketplace 64 (Dallas, TX).

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring leaders to support hiring goals and workforce needs
• Screen candidates through application reviews, phone interviews, and video interviews
• Manage job postings and candidate activity within recruiting systems
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and local talent sources
• Support hiring events, reporting, and other recruiting activities

Basic qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field
• 1+ year of administrative or coordination experience
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume hiring
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools
• Experience coordinating interviews and hiring events
• Ability to build relationships with community partners
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
