Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or talent management.
  • Experience with the legal or financial aspects of talent partnerships.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Deep, up-to-the-minute knowledge of all major social platforms, emerging trends, creator business generation strategies, and platform-specific best practices for driving engagement and conversion.
  • Proven ability to grow in ambiguity, separately prioritize tasks in a changing, high-growth environment, and communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to executive leadership.
  • A strong, established passion and awareness for the market dynamics, key media voices, and consumer behaviors within the home products (e.g., smart home, organization, decor) and health/wellness industries.

About the job

As a Talent and Trusted Voices Manager on the Health and Home team within Platforms and Devices (P&D) Marketing, you will drive end-to-end influencer and creator strategies for Health and Home products. You will build, scale, and execute campaigns across major social platforms aligned with key product launch schedules and overarching business goals.

In this role, you will manage the full talent lifecycle—sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and cultivating long-term partnerships with trusted voices and creators. As the team’s subject matter expert on contracting and compliance, you will navigate Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, complex usage rights, and exclusivity terms to protect the brand. Additionally, you will oversee budget management and Return on Investment (ROI) optimization across talent tiers while partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Legal, Product, and Sales to ensure all creator content is accurate, compliant, on-brand, and tightly integrated into commercial initiatives.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and scale influencer marketing campaigns across major social platforms that align with product launch schedules and overarching business goals.
  • Lead the full talent lifecycle: identifying, vetting, negotiating, and building long-term relationships with a roster of talent and trusted voices.
  • Serve as the internal expert on talent contracting, ensuring all agreements are legally sound, clearly define deliverables and usage rights, and comply with FTC/global disclosure guidelines.
  • Own and meticulously manage the influencer marketing budget, optimizing spend across platforms and talent tiers to maximize ROI.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Legal, Product Teams, and Sales to ensure influencer content is on-brand, accurate, and supportive of key business objectives.
