Job Duties:

This position works on a unit with routine contact with incarcerated individuals. Day-to-day functions include disseminating information: documenting scars, marks, tattoos and emergency contact.  Includes photographing, fingerprinting and scans of the irises, administer and scoring group testing; conduct fact finding interviews of each incarcerated individual received in the agency daily.  Maintains filing and record keeping of daily paperwork. 

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

You have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of full¿time experience in customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, technical program support, or criminal justice¿with additional qualifying experience counting toward college credit on a year¿for¿year basis. You have general knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and you are detail¿oriented with a strong work ethic, making you well¿prepared to succeed in this position.

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

You have intake, classification or criminal justice experience.  More than this, typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs are of high importance.
