Job Duties:

This position is based at the West Hill Mall Offices, located at Two Financial Plaza, Huntsville, TX. Key responsibilities include:

Office Operations- manages daily administrative functions including answering phone calls, routing messages, scheduling TTC placement transfers and responding to emails.

Data and Document Control-data entry, prepare official reports, and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
